We are happy to serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisine. We serve a blend of the various regional cuisines of the country as well as Continental and Oriental dishes. The stress is on offering fresh, fragrant, lightly-spiced and healthy food that is lovingly prepared and served. The water for drinking, cooking and irrigation is drawn from our own deep-bore well. The water is sweet, refreshing and mineral-rich, and laboratory tests have confirmed it's quality and excellent turbidity.

All the meals are served in the dining room. We are happy to accommodate guests' food allergies, dietary restrictions and preferences. Please let us know of these in advance, or discuss them with our chef once you get here. The wood paneling, textured walls and antique teak furniture of the dining room add to its old-world elegance and charm.
