Dining: – We are happy to serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisine. We serve a blend of the various regional cuisines of the country as well as Continental and Oriental dishes. The stress is on offering fresh, fragrant, lightly-spiced and healthy food that is lovingly prepared and served. The water for drinking, cooking and irrigation is drawn from our own deep-bore well. The water is sweet, refreshing and mineral-rich, and laboratory tests have confirmed it’s quality and excellent turbidity.

All the meals are served in the dining room from 0900hrs to 2200hrs. We are happy to accommodate guests’ food preferences, dietary restrictions and allergies. Please let us know of these in advance, or discuss with our chef once you get here. The wood paneling, textured walls and antique teak furniture of the dining room add to its old-world elegance and charm.
